1. General

gFITpeps.lt is an independent peptide information platform providing scientific information about research materials. Information on the site is intended only for educational and scientific research purposes.

2. Age requirement

The content and services are intended only for persons aged 18 or over. By using the website you confirm that you are an adult.

3. Purpose of research materials

All research materials described on the site are intended only for scientific research. They are not intended for human consumption, diagnostics or treatment. gFITpeps.lt does not provide medical recommendations.

4. Intellectual property

All site content — text, photos, logos and design — is the property of gFITpeps.lt. Copying, distributing or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.

5. Orders and payment

Orders are accepted via email and Discord. An order is confirmed only after full payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund payment without explanation.

6. Shipping

Research materials are shipped via LP Express and Omniva throughout Lithuania within 1–3 business days. Shipping: €3, free over €100. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of delivery details. Unclaimed parcels are not refunded.

7. Returns

Due to the nature of research materials, returns are not accepted. Exception — if the delivered material is visibly damaged or does not match the order. In that case contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos: pagalba@gfitpeps.lt

8. Limitation of liability

gFITpeps.lt provides information about research materials for educational purposes. Full responsibility for the acquisition and use of research materials rests with the person acquiring them. gFITpeps.lt assumes no liability for:

• Improper use of research materials
• Any consequences arising from the use of information on the site
• Third-party site content or services

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and all information on it is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. Scientific information is provided based on publicly available sources and may change.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
